Abstract
This study examined the neurobehavioral effects related to time slept per day, sleep efficiency, and sleep quality. Actigraph sleep watches and the Pittsburg Quality Sleep Index were used to assess sleep. Study results showed significant relationships with several neurobehavioral measures.
