Abstract

The purpose of this presentation is to investigate the inter-relational and interactional relationship of the triadic sequelae (physical sequelae, mental/emotional sequelae, and social sequelae) as predictors of negative or positive behavioral health outcomes based on the propositions of this newly developed model named Chronic Disease Outcomes Triad Model.
