Evaluating nursing education diversity: A minority student enrollment dashboard for quality improvement

Abstract

This poster presentation describes the process and results of a quality improvement project aimed at the development of an information dashboard to display student enrollment data. The purpose of the project was to develop a decision support tool to evaluate nursing program success with graduating racially diverse student cohorts.
