Abstract

Nursing retention is an outcome which impacts quality of care and organizational expenditure. Effective transition-to-practice programs produce and retain safe, competent and confident clinicians. At an urban, tertiary academic medical center, the ICU Nurse Fellowship Program was improved through 360° stakeholder engagement in program development and design.
