Abstract
Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is an excellent HIV prevention medication. While PrEP use has increased, the urgent care has been reluctant and slow to embrace this prevention method due to a lack of guidance. This presentation presents a PrEP initiation protocol specific to the urgent care setting.
