Abstract
A meta-synthesis of qualitative evidence using Joanna Briggs systematic review methodology to describe nurse leaders' experience of upwards violence. This presentation describes our review question, search strategy, study selection, assessment of methodological quality, data extraction, data synthesis, and assessing certainty of findings. Implications for research and practice are discussed
