Abstract
This successful professional development project was mutually beneficial for nursing faculty in advancing research knowledge and hospital nursing staff in meeting educational needs.Combining expertise and resources created a dynamic learning environment that also fueled a productive collaboration between a medical center serving a rural region and a large public university.
