Abstract

Collaboration between a school of nursing and a school district was undertaken to meet state mandated health screenings for 27 schools and 7,000 school children. BSN and MSN nursing students were certified as screeners, providing valuable clinical and service-learning experiences. A telehealth school screening protocol will be discussed.
