Abstract

The inter- and intra-cultural diversity among Africans is greater than the rest of the world. It is imperative that the nurses who choose to serve in Africa be inter- and intra-culturally competent. This presentation provides nursing education approaches to enable the foreign nurses to provide inter-and intra-culturally competent care.
