Abstract

Leadership is a critical factor in implementation of evidence-based practice among health professionals. By attending the session, participants will learn about the delivery and evaluation of leadership intervention to implement evidence-based pain management for infants and children hospitalized in four pediatric units within a large specialized surgical hospital.
