Abstract
Food insecurity and sedentary lifestyle are associated with long-term poor health outcomes and preventable chronic diseases. More than 80% adults of all races fail to meet these recommended physical activity guidelines in the United States. Lifestyle modification with eating healthy and physical activity is crucial for prevention of chronic diseases.
