Abstract
Front line nurse managers have a complex role in healthcare. This session demonstrates valid and reliable assessment of perceptions leadership practices, with a novel transformational leadership application of findings, aimed to support nurse managers in a healthy work environment to attaining positive patient outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
