Abstract
Patients may be unaware that others face similar challenges. Virtual worlds allow group access to providers. Little is known about user perceptions of these healthcare interactions. This quasi-experimental study intervention simulated education for stress management conducted by a nurse coach. Findings suggested trust and perceived effectiveness of the group setting.
