Abstract
While interprofessional collaborative teams for research and evidenced-based practice have been promoted since 2004, more information is needed on how to operationalize these collaborations among scholars and clinicians from varying disciplines. This presentation discusses the experience of how one such team received funding and is sustaining a successful research team.
