Abstract
A review of the published literature of descriptions of advanced practice nurses" roles in low†and lower middleâ€income countries. Three electronic databases PubMed, CINAHL complete and ProQuest Health & Medicine were searched. Results found only 23 which meet inclusion criteria. Notably, 63 countries were not represented.
