Abstract

Brain Entrainment Technology is a method of administering two slightly different tones to manipulate brainwave activity in turn influencing the listener"s mental, physical, or emotional state. This three-phase study assesses the efficacy of theta frequency (to induce sleep) and delta frequency's (to keep one asleep) ability to improve sleep quality.
