Abstract

Supervised clinical practice plays a significant role in the nursing profession by influencing students' acquisition of knowledge and skills. This study focuses on harnessing the strategies employed by clinicians and faculty who supervised students undertaking Patient Care Study to develop a supervisory guide for a School of Nursing in Ghana.
