Abstract
Explore if nursing theory-guided practice in hospital-based nursing practice makes a difference in patient experience, patient outcomes and nurse satisfaction. The research team hypothesized that hospitals where nursing practice is guided by nursing theory will have better nurse and patient outcomes than those not guided by a nursing theory.
