Our journey toward becoming an HRO has yield measurable improvements in safety culture and patient outcomes. PICU had Zero DA-HAI for 20 month.

Through a unified practice among staff nurses, staff commitment and compliance towards quality care, ensuring nurses role as patient advocates, patient and family education and awareness.
