Abstract

Maximizing motivation level benefits nurses and the organization. Satisfying nurses" needs is challenging but manageable. When administrator know the factors that affect nurses" motivation, their probability to develop better healthcare services would increase. This session presents the findings from a descriptive study, highlights the nurses" motivation factors, and provides implications.
