Abstract
Delirium is classified by its characteristics into three types: hyperactive delirium, hypoactive delirium and mixed delirium. To prevent delirium and reduce its negative impact, understanding the delirium subtypes is essential. This study identified the risk factors and the associated outcomes of the delirium subtypes in postoperative Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
