Do nurses comply with best practice in delivering nursing handover report in inpatient ward?

Abstract

Bedside clinical handover is practiced every day, allowing nurses to visualize patients and encourage patient participation to improve patient safety. Also, this practice enabled nurses to visualize their patients at the bedside, allowing nurses to be more focused on the vital patient information to handover to the next shift nurses.
