Abstract
Learn how the collaboration between a nursing shared governance council and hospital based evidence-based practice (EBP) center facilitated the transition of the nursing culture from project focused EBP towards practice based. Improved clinical outcomes and RN engagement as well as increased nursing clinical inquiry propelled the journey to nursing excellence.
