Abstract
This study investigated the impact of nurse work environment on nurse outcomes, nurse-perceived quality of care and patient safety in Saudi Arabia. Three components of nurse work environment, that were critical to improved nurse outcomes and better quality and safe care delivery, were identified. Implications for nurse leaders were provided.
