Abstract
Describe the experience and mutual benefits of a mentor and mentee located in different countries. Some benefits of an online international mentoring are exchange of experiences, to gain understanding of unique aspects of nursing and more accessible opportunities. Chance to build collaborative networks, so critical for a 21st century society.
