Abstract
How a collaborative research environment was created to support the implementation of evidenced based practice and research of DNP-prepared and PhD-prepared nursing faculty as they expanded their programs of leadership, scholarship and service to meet the needs of our most vulnerable populations on a local, national and global scale.
