Abstract

The ERASE CAUTI Bundle team was formed from a multidisciplinary cohort who consisted of nursing and medical staff representatives. More than 30 papers were retrieved from evidence based databases to support the first Internal hospital policy & procedures IPP.IPP standardizes the insertion and maintenance of urinary catheters to prevent CAUTI.
