Abstract
Evidence-based practice was used to redesign and implement a preceptor development program at a Magnet recognized Comprehensive Cancer Center. Components for success and sustainability, selection and recruitment, education and development, support and mentorship and performance feedback and recognition, will be explored. Resources, outcomes and return on investment will be shared.
