Abstract

The purpose of pilot study was to examine the cultural competence and knowledge of South Asian culture of RNs working in an urban hospital setting. The outcomes of this study warrant further exploration of cultural competence and knowledge of South Asian culture of RNs working in an urban hospital setting.
