Abstract
Session presented on Wednesday, September 24, 2014:
This session will explain the purpose and goals of the recently formed Global Advisory Panel on the Future of Nursing (GAPFON), which was envisioned and facilitated by Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI). STTI President-elect Cathy Catrambone will explain the need for GAPFON, and how it is positioning itself through global regional meetings to address critical issues for nursing within the context of global health.
