Substantiating virtual connection: How Phi Gamma connects with nursing leaders worldwide

Abstract

Phi Gamma Virtual Chapter has created a global network of nurse leaders in their fields. Phi Gamma: CONNECTS ~ keeping members involved virtually with continuing education, and physically at international conferences; COLLABORATES ~ advocating global connection through effective collaboration; and, CATALYZES ~ cultivating opportunities for engagement in chapter leadership roles.
