Abstract
With the rising concern regarding the personal health and wellness of nurses, an assessment was conducted of the level of health promotion among undergraduate nursing students using a quantitative survey and qualitative open response items. Results are analyzed, significance emphasized, and impact on nursing education and practice explored.
