The development of a multifaceted communication strategy can assist chapters in building membership engagement and chapter recognition. This can include adding communications to the chapter's structure (e.g., Communication Committee), as well as incorporating multiple avenues of communication (e.g., email blasts, websites, social media, newsletters).
