Abstract
This program evaluation will consider the unique characteristics of a federally qualified health center and the identified gap in self-management goal documentation. Based on a needs assessment, a professional development program was developed to increase primary care providers' knowledge and Motivational Interviewing technique skills to better construct and document goals.
