Abstract

Delegation is key for nurses to lessens the burden of care demand for an increasingly complex patient population. Gaining insight into the nurses' perceptions of effective delegate has the potential to impact teamwork between the nurse and nursing assistant, as well as the delivery of safe, quality nursing care.
