Abstract

This poster describes dynamic strategies utilized to increase recruitment, engagement, and retention of undergraduate chapter members. Common reasons that undergraduates felt disengaged with membership in our chapter are addressed, and strategies such as active collaboration and providing leadership opportunities are described.
