Abstract

Delegation is an important skill for practicing nurses survival in fast-paced, cost-efficient healthcare systems. Teaching delegation in nursing programs develops appropriate delegation techniques and skill set variation preparation. The Delegation Simulation encourages students to delegate and communicate appropriately, enhance prioritization and multi-tasking skills, and enhance teamwork.
