Abstract
Find out what factors influence part-time/adjunct/affiliate online nursing faculty engagement with their online institutions. Research findings are presented to help leaders of online academic programs attract and retain seasoned, highly-skilled, online nursing faculty which promotes delivery of quality online experiences for students. The results surprised even the investigators.
