Abstract

Session presented on Saturday, April 9, 2016, and Friday, April 8, 2016:

This presentation will search beyond the barriers to ameliorating the nurse faculty and identify facilitators. The qualitative study revealed first the need for nursing education leaders to make the nurse faculty shortage visible. Second, the need for collaborations to attain long-term strategies will involve more than educational leaders and faculty.
