Abstract
Onboarding newly hired nursing staff posed a challenge to nurse educators due to their limited exposure to technology and the acute care environment. This poster presents the results of incorporating simulation and experiential learning into the onboarding process to increase engagement,confidence and competency of newly hired nursing staff.
