Abstract

Based on an academic-practice partnership, the affiliate faculty model is an innovative approach to addressing the nursing faculty shortage, while keeping experts at the bedside. The benefits of this model will be explored from the perspective of students and affiliate faculty as well as potential conflicts and challenges.
