Abstract
Civility and student-faculty relationships influence the culture of the nursing program and the learning environment. Based on findings from a mixed-methods study, faculty took steps to improve civility in a BSN program through developing core values statements for the program and creating opportunities for student-faculty engagement in non-academic activities.
