To support and sustain a three-year project that doubled enrollment of an undergraduate program we describe an innovative quality improvement/change management model adopted by faculty incorporating quality metrics that support sustainability and quality of the nursing education program, student learning outcomes. and empowerment and leadership development of faculty champions
