Abstract
Nursing students implemented a one-day conference addressing moral distress, burnout, and coping mechanisms. Whether through integrated within the curriculum or a one-day event, there is a need for an intervention to be implemented to decrease moral distress within the nursing education to provide students tools to build their resiliency.
