Abstract
This presentation will describe an innovative evidence-based strategy to enhance clinical reasoning abilities among first semester nursing students. The strategies are based on Tanner's Model of Clinical Judgement and can easily be adapted to any healthcare facility the in which an expert and novice nurse are paired.
