Abstract

Newly hired advanced practice providers attending a recently implemented centralized orientation program in a pediatric health care system report that the didactic education provides useful information for onboarding. Advanced practice providers' confidence is increased after participation in the decompensating pediatric patient simulation and skills based orientation session.
