Abstract

Structured debriefing, a newer debriefing method within simulation-based learning, has been recognized as a potentially more effective way for nurse educators to develop clinical judgment in prelicensure nursing students. However, the use of structured debriefing is inconsistently applied, necessitating faculty development in knowledge on and application of structured debriefing tools.
