Abstract

Graduate nurses face with the rigors of transitioning from the classroom to professional practice. As part of a Nurse Residency Program (NRP), resiliency training was incorporated into the existing curriculum with the hopes of supporting new nurses' in their current journey, and moving forward in their new role.
