Abstract
Critical thinking dispositions are guiding indicators of the effectiveness of the educational program. Nursing Graduatesâ critical thinking Disposition could be determined by the teaching strategies used during the program. Group learning, brain storming, clinical rounds, advising and seminars contributes to the graduates CTDS.
