Abstract

The purpose of this planned quality improvement project is to improve the implementation of the CDC guidelines of standard of care regarding the HPV immunization. This will increase the immunization rate of the HPV vaccination in the pediatric population in a rural health clinic. The use of a toolkit will be utilized to increase the immunization rate for this planned project.
